We recommend arriving at least ten minutes before the scheduled time. If there is any extensive setup or special requests made, it is advisable to arrive earlier, to ensure you leave on time.

Can I bring my own food or drink?
Sure you are most welcome to bring your own food and beverages, however we can also arrange it for you if you will inform our executive at the time of booking.
Will I be reminded before the charter?
It is our previledge to send you a gentle reminder a day prior to the event with our on sight representative along with usefull additional reminders with location and ids to be carried.
Should I Do Any Advance Booking?
Booking in advance is always ideal. During the peak season from October to early May, we recommend that you book ahead at least 3 to 4 weeks before your trip. Let us know all your requirements so we can prepare a great trip for you.
